Printing Size, Quality, Colours

All cat art is printed on a high quality paper.
Printed colours can slightly differ from colours you see on the screen.
We may change the texture of the paper we print on.

Cat Postcard

Every cat card is a folded card with an approximate size of 10×15 cm in a folded state (imagine a standard card you send by mail). The inner side of a card is empty so you can write your own text.

Cat Calendar (Standard)

A standard cat calendar, when months displays all at ones, is single “card” (ie. not folded), unless specifically stated. Just look at the cat calendar preview, it will give an idea of how the final cat calendar looks like. The approximate size of the standard cat calendar is 10×15 cm.

Custom Order

We are able to print any format up to A3 inclusive (approx. 42×30 cm). We are happy to print A3 size or bigger. If you need a custom size, please let us know before you order so we can confirm the price and guarantee printing.

A3 = 420 x297 mm = 16.5 x 11.7 in
A4 = 297 x 210 mm = 11.7 x 8.3 in
A5 = 210 x 148 mm = 8.3 x 5.8 in
A6 = 148 x 105 mm = 5.8 x 4.1 in
A7 = 105 x 74 mm = 4.1 x. 2.9 in
A8 = 74 x 52 mm = 2.9 x 2.0 in
A9 = 52 x 37 mm = 2.0 x 1.5 in
A10 = 37 x 26 mm = 1.5 x 1.0 in

Payment, Delivery, Returns

Payment

Our customers pay through a secure PayPal server. Major credit cards are accepted. You do NOT NEED to have a PayPal account to pay using a credit card. Once you prepared a list of Items to order, click “Checkout with PayPal” and you will be taken to their secure server where you can pay using PayPal account, or a credit card, or a bank transfer (through PayPal). Ozzi Cat neither collects nor stores customer’s card details.

We also accept Bank Transfers (i.e. you can make a bank transfer to our account). If it is your preferred option, please let us know before ordering.

Delivery

An order received from Monday to Thursday (if we received a full payment for it) will be processed on Friday or the following Saturday. We ship orders on a weekend following the week the order was made on. By default we ship through Australia Post. Give 3-14 days for your order to come (it depends on the product and on Australia Post delivery times). If you need something urgently, or you want a registered shipment, please order and let us know immediately. If no notification is received until Friday of the week the order was made, the order will be shipped in a usual manner.

Returns

If you are not happy with a received product for any reason, please contact us immediately with details so we can address it.

Bulk Order

Planning to order a lot? Let us know details before you order. Bulk orders get a discount.

Shelter, Cat Rescue, or Cat Carer? Ozzi Cat art for cat promotional materials

Ozzi Cat can provide cat graphic for fundraising posters and for other merchandise that shelters and organisations that take care of cats in need use. This also apply to cat foster carers. Decision is made on a case by case basis.

Please provide the following details so we can discuss it further:

What organisation do you represent and what is your role?
Links to the organisation web presence (web site, Facebook, etc).
How are you planning to use Ozzi Cat art?
Is the organisation a 100% No Kill?
Any other details.

Custom Cat Design

If you want a design special for your occasion, or you have an idea of a cat drawing you want, Mrs Cat will be happy to draw cats specifically for your occasion.

Please be advised: If you need the design very urgently, we cannot guarantee that it will be ready, but we guarantee that we will do our best to prepare the cat art design. Also add 3+ days for postage by Australia Post. In special cases we can do a drop off in Wyndham area.

It will be only 1 version of the design, unless agreed otherwise.

Please note that the created design will be made available for other customers, but you get it first and custom for your occasion.
